The pet(s) owner has requested that Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services to transport the owner’s pet(s):
Terms
The parties agree that they shall not disclose any terms and conditions contained n this agreement to any other party and shall keep same confidential between them.
- Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services will transport the pet(s) as requested above.
- Cats must be secured in a pet carrier and dogs will be harness/seatbelt for safety.
- The pet owner will pay Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services a flat fee for
this service, the amount will be agreed upon prior to the service and is to be paid at time of pickup of the pet(s), which includes HST either by cash or etransfer. An invoice will be provided.
- The pet owner warrants and represents that the pet is healthy and in good physical condition. Upon request of Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services, the pet owner will produce a copy of the pet(s) current vaccine certificate unless a copy is already on file.
- If the pet(s) are being transported to a veterinary clinic, the pet owner is responsible for any and all pet fees incurred by their veterinarian.
- If the pet(s) are being transported to a groomer, the pet owner is responsible for any and all pet fees incurred by their groomer.
- Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services will make every effort to care for the pet(s) while being transported. However, assumes no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, sickness, death or other disability which may occur to the pet(s) while being transported.
The pet owner, in consideration of the agreement of Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services to transport the pet(s), hereby irrevocably and completely releases the business owner Julie Silcock from any all liability, claims, suits, demands, and judgments of any and every kind resulting from or in any way connected with the transportation of the pet(s) and any harm, injury, sickness or death which may befall the pet while being transported by Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services.
- The pet owner warrants and represents that the pet(s) is neither dangerous nor aggressive and the pet owner shall be completely financially responsible for any damage to property, to humans, or to other animals caused by the pet(s) while being transported and shall promptly pay all damages on demand. The pet owner shall indemnify and hold harmless Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services from any claim or loss resulting from such damage.
