Booking Request
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- This form helps me to stay on top of vaccine certificates, emergency contacts, pets’ health, etc.
- It is the client’s responsibility to advise “Julspops” of any health changes, food, or vaccine updates!
- It is also the client’s responsibility to cancel any bookings made with “Julspops” per the cancellation agreement. Please see both requirements below:
Booking Request:
All booking requests must be submitted via this form so there is a copy of the request on file. A text message is fine for questions, or checking in on your pet(s) but not for bookings. Once a booking has been made and confirmed the cancellation policy comes into effect. I know plans can change but please remember I am holding this spot for you.
Cancellations:
(A) Bookings made for services 3 days or less (dog walking/pet sitting) cancellations may be made up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Cancellations made LESS than 24 hours in advance will result in 50% of that service fee.
(B) Bookings made for services 4 days or longer (dog walking/pet sitting) cancellations may be made up to 5 days in advance of your scheduled service. Cancellations made LESS than 5 days will result in 50% of that service fee.
(C) If your pet(s) has already started its stay at the Julspops Ranch, and you chose to collect your pet earlier than scheduled you will still be charged the FULL amount. I know plans can change however, I have kept this slot for your pets and the full booking was confirmed. There will be no refunds.
NEW: BOARDING Your Pet – Julspops Ranch
To ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all pets in my care, please review and follow the guidelines below before boarding your pet with Julspops:
Before Drop-Off
✔️ Your pet must be bathed or groomed before boarding.
✔️ Please provide any food updates, as diets can change. Be sure to list the quantity of food your pet receives daily.
Important: If you are travelling internationally, please provide extra food in case of travel delays.
✔️ All medications must be listed on the Pet Form. If your pet’s medications or dosages have changed, you are required to update the form to ensure your pet’s safety.
✔️ Your pet must be house-trained:
- No chewing furniture or household items
- No marking territory indoors
- No indoor accidents
If this is your pet’s first stay at Julspops Ranch, I understand there may be a few accidents at the beginning as they adjust.
Please remember: This is my home, not a commercial boarding facility. Urine and other odours are difficult to remove. I’m happy to provide a safe, loving, fun environment for your pet, but they must be reliably house-trained.
Additional Information
✔️ I may be away from the house for up to 4 hours at a time, so your pet must be able to hold itself during that period.
✔️ I do not crate pets by default. If your pet is crated at home and you would like the same routine here, please bring their crate along.
Aggression Policy
⚠️ If your pet shows aggressive behaviour towards another pet, and I have not been informed in advance:
- Your listed emergency contact will be notified and asked to collect your pet immediately; no REFUND will be provided. OR,
- Your pet will be separated from all other pets for the remainder of their stay.
We have never experienced an aggressive situation with any boarding pet, and we wish to keep it that way! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping all pets safe and happy.
