Key Handling Agreement

Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services requires any or all building access keys, security and or parking passes as necessary to take care and spend the maximum time with your pet. I do not want to infringe upon the amount of quality time spent with your pet/home due to unnecessary time looking for parking or trying to gain access to your building.

On Call Key Program:

I offer the On-Call Key Program to those clients who are pleased with my service and plan to use Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services quite frequently. It will decrease the amount of time I will spend picking up and dropping back the house key.

For those repeat customers utilizing my special program, I will be able to accommodate an On-Call Key customer on a much shorter notice because I will already know your pet(s), home, the routine and have access to your key in a secured locked location.

Please choose one of the following options:

I wish to enrol in the On-Call Key Program and release my house key / keypad code to Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services to retain on file, in a secured locked location, for future services. I may revoke this release at any time, at which time my key will be returned at no charge. I would like Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services to return my house key after the current service is completed. I understand this will result in an additional charge of $10.00. ** A majority of Julspops clients chose the on-call key program this way I have the key, safely locked away when not in use, but accessible when my services are required for your beloved pets. If you are out of the day and delayed then I would be able to come and visit your pet, so you don't have to rush home. However, if the option is preferred for me to collect and drop back the key each time, a fee will be charged, for my time. Thanks for your understanding. I choose to drop off my keys to Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services, 1704 Ennismore Crescent, London, ON N6G 5M9, directly. I will also pick them up from the same location on my return. In addition to the above options, your key can be returned by being placed in your mailbox or other location within the grounds of your home on the last visit however; for safety reasons, I would prefer not to return your key by this method. If you prefer this check this option, but please beware of the risks.

I have provided Julie Silcock (the only person who will have access to the key/code(s)) Owner & Operator of Julspops Dog Walking & Pet/House Sitting Services with the key.
